7 Day Return policy:
Buyers may return their new puppy within 7 days of possession if a life-threatening genetic issue is identified. The return must include a signed statement from two licensed veterinarians from different practices, on their official letterhead, confirming the date, time, and findings of the puppy’s examination. This must demonstrate that the issue existed prior to the puppy leaving the Seller. Additionally, all veterinary records from the date the puppy went home must be provided.
If the Buyer opts to keep the puppy despite any health concerns, no refund will be issued for the puppy’s cost, veterinary expenses, or airfare.
1 Year Health Guarantee:
If your puppy is diagnosed within one year of purchase with a life-threatening genetic condition, such as a heart, kidney, or liver disorder; seizures; Cushing’s disease; Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease; or a skin disorder, you will be eligible to receive another puppy of equal value.
To qualify, the diagnosis must be confirmed by two licensed veterinarians from separate, unaffiliated practices. Written statements from both veterinarians must be provided to the Seller within 10 days of testing. The Seller reserves the right to request a canine pathologist report, as some conditions may be misdiagnosed by general veterinarians.
The Seller is not responsible for any veterinary expenses but will provide a replacement puppy of equal value from the next available litter. The replacement puppy may come from a different dam or sire.
Items not covered by your Health Guarantee:
The health guarantee does not cover any illnesses or conditions contracted after receiving the puppy, including parasites such as giardia, coccidia, worms, mites, fleas, or other pests that can be contracted by dogs. It is essential that all canines are kept on a proper maintenance schedule to control worms and other parasites specific to the area in which the puppy resides.
